On Tuesday 7 August, the Lowell Spinners play the Brooklyn Cyclones at LaLacheur Park in Lowell. The first 1,000 ticket holders (buy tickets online) through the gates will receive a Jack Kerouac Bobble Head. The Bobble Heads are designed to honor On the Road—featuring a bobbling thumb.
Ed Ruscha's art set to phrases from On the Road will be exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami, from 24 May to 2 September 2012. If you're hitching through Miami, check it out and let us know how it looks.
